You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely liable for all activities that occur under your account.
FineSaver provides a platform that helps users identify and claim discounts on traffic fines issued by UAE traffic authorities. We do not guarantee that a discount will be available for every fine, and we are not a government agency. We act as an intermediary to facilitate payments and provide information.
Our fees are clearly disclosed before you make a payment. We charge a success fee only when you save money through a discount. All payments are processed through secure third‑party gateways. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your transactions.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Service are the property of FineSaver or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without explicit permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that all discount information is accurate and up‑to‑date. We rely on data provided by third‑party authorities and cannot guarantee its completeness.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FineSaver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold FineSaver harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Dubai.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
